Question 1

How to place an order

Accepted Answer

Browse the collection, pick your size and color, and add pieces to your bag. At checkout, enter your name, phone number, and delivery address — no account needed. We will call you to confirm before dispatching. Payment is cash on delivery: you pay when your order arrives, in USD or LBP at our posted exchange rate.

Question 2

Paying: cash on delivery and currencies

Accepted Answer

Pay cash on delivery in US dollars, Lebanese pounds or a mix of both, at the exchange rate fixed on your order when you place it. You can also pay from your BACH wallet, topped up through Whish, and get 10% off when the wallet covers the whole order. Card payment (Visa and Mastercard) is coming soon.

Question 3

Tracking your order

Accepted Answer

Open Track order in the menu (or bachwears.com/track) and enter your order number with the phone you used at checkout. No account needed. Signed in? My Account, then Orders, lists every order with a Track link. Your order moves through Placed, Confirmed, Being prepared, Ready, On its way and Delivered. If you left an email at checkout, we also email you when it ships and when it arrives.

Question 4

Returns and exchanges

Accepted Answer

Return a piece within 3 days, or exchange it within 7 days, of the day you receive your order. For online orders the time starts when the order is delivered, not when you ordered it. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. A $5 delivery fee applies to returns and exchanges of delivered orders: it is deducted from your refund, or added to an exchange. Start from My Account, then Orders, then Request a return or exchange, or use the Start a return page with your order number and phone; it shows the last day for each. We review your request, confirm by email and tell you how to send the pieces back. Refunds are settled the way you paid, or as wallet credit if you ask. Bought in store? Bring the piece with its receipt within the same 3 or 7 days.

Question 5

Your BACH account

Accepted Answer

An account shows your full order history, your customer-since date, and unlocks member perks: loyalty points you can turn into wallet credit, and your birthday gift. Create one right after checkout — your details carry over. Set your birthday once in My Account and a gift code arrives every year around your day.

Question 6

Loyalty points

Accepted Answer

Every purchase earns points: 1 point for every $1 you pay for the pieces (delivery doesn't count), in our shop or online. Points are added when your in-store purchase is completed or your online order is delivered, as long as we know you by your phone number or account. Every 100 points convert into $5 of wallet credit: open My Account, Points, and tap Convert, or ask the cashier in store. Points expire after 6 months without a purchase, and points earned on pieces you return are taken back. You'll see your balance, what it's worth and every movement under Points in My Account; the bag and checkout show how many points an order will earn.

Question 7

Your birthday gift

Accepted Answer

Members whose birthday has been saved for at least 30 days get 15% off everything with code MYBIRTHDAY, valid for a few days around their birthday, once a year. Sign in, make sure your birthday is set in My Account, and the code applies at checkout automatically when you enter it.

Question 8

Contact us

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp or call us on +961 71 566 296 — we answer during store hours. You can also reach us at care@bachwears.com. For order issues, keep your order number handy.

Question 9

Wear with and Similar items

Accepted Answer

Under every piece you'll find two rows. Wear with shows pieces our stylists pair with it to make an outfit: one outer layer, the knit or shirt underneath, boots and a finishing touch. Similar items shows pieces like it in the same price range that are in stock, and puts first the ones that still have the sizes that are gone on this piece. Tap + on any card to add it straight to your bag, or tap a colour square to see that colour.

Question 10

Size guide

Accepted Answer

Every product page has a Size guide with the measurements for that kind of piece: tops and outerwear, trousers, or shoes. Measure a piece you already like and compare, or tap Find your size for a recommendation from your height and weight. Signed in? Save your tops, bottoms and shoe sizes under Your sizes in My Account. We mark your size when you choose one, and tell you if it is sold out. Between two sizes, the fit noted on the product (slim, regular, relaxed) helps you decide, or message us on WhatsApp.

Question 11

Find your size

Accepted Answer

On a product page, tap Find your size. Enter your height and weight and how you like the piece to fit (slim, regular or relaxed); for shoes, enter your usual EU size. We recommend a size for that piece and explain why, then Use size selects it for you. It's a guide, not a guarantee: between two sizes, check the Size guide or message us on WhatsApp. Signed in, your answers are saved to your profile so the next product suggests your size straight away.

Question 12

Delivery across Lebanon

Accepted Answer

We deliver Lebanon-wide. Every order is confirmed by phone before it leaves, prepared the same or next working day, and usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days depending on your region. Delivery is $5, added to your order total at checkout, and free on orders of $100 or more (after discounts). Your bag and checkout show how far you are from free delivery and suggest one piece that gets you there. Pay on delivery in USD, LBP or both.

Question 13

Pick up from the shop

Accepted Answer

At checkout, choose Pick up from the shop instead of delivery: there is no delivery fee, whatever the order total. You pay when you collect, in cash or by Whish. We email you as soon as your order is ready; bring your order number and come by during opening hours (every day, 10:00 to 19:00). The shop address and hours are shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. You can follow the order on Track order like any other, and returns and exchanges work the same way.

Question 14

Changing or cancelling an order

Accepted Answer

Signed in? Open My Account, then Orders, and tap Cancel order while it is still Placed, Confirmed or Being prepared. The pieces go back on sale straight away. To change a size, colour or address, cancel and place a new order, or message us on WhatsApp before it ships. Ordered as a guest? WhatsApp us with your order number. Once an order is Ready or On its way it can no longer be cancelled; you can return it after delivery instead.

Question 15

Sold out? Get notified

Accepted Answer

When your size is sold out, tap it and choose Notify me when it's back. Signed in, we use your account; as a guest, leave your phone number. We message you as soon as that size returns. Pieces go first come, first served, so don't wait too long.

Question 16

Using a promo code

Accepted Answer

Enter your code in step 04, Promo code, at checkout and tap Apply. The discount shows before you place the order. One code per order. Some codes, like your birthday code, need you to be signed in; others come from offers such as Spin & win and expire after a few days. Codes apply to the pieces, not to the courier's delivery fee.

Question 17

Your wallet and Whish top-ups

Accepted Answer

Your BACH wallet is in My Account. To add funds, send the amount to BACH on Whish Money, then enter the amount and your Whish receipt number under Wallet, Add funds via Whish. We confirm within six hours; taking longer? WhatsApp us. When your wallet covers the whole order, pay from it at checkout and get 10% off. Refunds can also be credited to your wallet.

Question 18

Saving favourites

Accepted Answer

Tap the bookmark on any product to save it. Your favourites sit next to your bag (Bag, then Favourites) and in My Account, so they follow you on every device. You need to be signed in to save pieces. To remove one, tap Remove under it.

Question 19

Signing in

Accepted Answer

Tap Account, enter your email and tap Continue. We ask for your password, or help you create an account if you're new; your order details carry over. If two-step sign-in is on, we then email you a 6-digit code to finish. Forgot your password? Tap Forgot password and we email you a link to set a new one. To change it while signed in, open My Account, then Password.

Question 20

Two-step sign-in

Accepted Answer

Two-step sign-in protects your account even if someone learns your password. Turn it on in My Account, Two-step sign-in. From then on, after your password we email a 6-digit code to your account email, and you're signed in only once you enter it. Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then tap Send a new code (after a minute). Codes expire quickly and only the latest one works. You can turn it off again from the same place.

Question 21

Special Prices and the product page

Accepted Answer

SPECIAL PRICES, the last link in the menu, gathers our selected pieces and everything currently reduced. Reduced pieces show the new price, the old price crossed out and the saving.
On a piece's page, the colour squares switch the photos to that colour. Tap ADD to choose your size: sizes we're out of are crossed out, and "Notify me" tells you when one is back. On a phone, swipe the photo sideways to move to the next or previous piece in the same category.

Question 22

Download or delete your data

Accepted Answer

In My Account, Privacy: Download gives you one file with everything we hold on you (profile, orders, returns, wallet, points, wishlist, alerts, messages and newsletter status). Delete my account removes your name, email, phone, birthday, sizes, wishlist, alerts and newsletter subscription, and you can no longer sign in. Past orders stay in our accounts, no longer linked to you, and unused loyalty points are lost. Deleting can't be undone; if you have an order on its way or wallet credit, contact us first.
