Returns and exchanges

Return a piece within 3 days, or exchange it within 7 days, of the day you receive your order. For online orders the time starts when the order is delivered, not when you ordered it. Pieces should be unworn, unwashed and with their original tags. A $5 delivery fee applies to returns and exchanges of delivered orders: it is deducted from your refund, or added to an exchange. Start from My Account, then Orders, then Request a return or exchange, or use the Start a return page with your order number and phone; it shows the last day for each. We review your request, confirm by email and tell you how to send the pieces back. Refunds are settled the way you paid, or as wallet credit if you ask. Bought in store? Bring the piece with its receipt within the same 3 or 7 days.
